The shelving unit arrived in a box whose corners showed signs of a tough journey. Sure enough, upon opening up and attempting to build the shelf, I discovered that all the shelves had been bent on two axes; the shelves themselves could not sit level and the shelves' corners were no longer right angles. One shelf even had a significant bend along one edge.
I'm currently awaiting information on next steps. Until I understand how I will be reimbursed or get a replacement unit, this review will remain a single star.
