RETURN & EXCHANGE

If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from us online, you may return it for a full refund minus shipping charges, by sending it to us at your expense. We will gladly make an exchange, or refund on any item purchased for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase.

We are only able to accept returns and exchanges on items purchased directly from our online store and not from any of our associated retailers.

NOTE:
If you received an item that was damaged in shipping, please contact our Customer Service Support Team at 1-800-745-5656. Vancouver Classics will have the damaged item picked up and replaced at no cost to you.
