We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason it is not quite right, you are welcome to return it. Please note that return shipping is not covered. Returned products must be in their original, unused condition in order to qualify for a full refund. We will gladly make an exchange, or refund on any item purchased for a period of 30 days from the delivery date.

We are only able to accept returns and exchanges on items purchased directly from our online store and not from any of our associated retailers.

If you received an item that was damaged in shipping, please contact our Customer Service Support Team at support@vancouverclassics.com or 1-800-745-5656. Vancouver Classics will provide a replacement item or part for you at no cost.
