Vancouver Classics offers a one-year warranty on all products sold on our website or through designated retail partners.

Be sure to keep a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase and to verify the date of purchase.

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and normally provides for replacement parts when possible. It does not provide for direct refunds, as refunds must be issued by the retailer where the purchase was made. This warranty is in addition to any legal warranties provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
