Request for Cancellation

Rules on Cancellation

  1. If Order is not yet shipped, Customer may request for cancellation (via the provided Cancellation Request Form below) of his/her Order subject to Approval of Store Admin.

  2. If approved, Customer shall be notified and receive refund of the full amount.

  3. If Order is already shipped, Customer may go through the usual Return & Exchange process and the standard policies shall apply.
