I have had my tower fan from Vancouver Classics for several years. I am in a wheelchair full time so, in the evening while in bed, when the temperature goes as it did this Summer, i was able to obtain relief by using the remote. Imagine my surprise when the remote went missing and Vancouver Classics online said the remotes were out of stock. Before I saw that, I had sent them a cheque. Then I contacted them about a reimbursement but yesterday, in the mail, I received the correct remote. Happy me!
