The 36x18x72", 5 Tier Commercial-grade Zinc Shelving appear very strongly built and durable. However, I'm not fully happy with how the extension poles for the upper half shelving do not align very well causing the upper poles to go a bit wonky. Actually, it's not the poles themselves that cause the issue, it's the shelving pole support/guides that are welded a bit out of alignment causing the poles to skew which makes it difficult to align any upper shelves.

There are some manufacturing variances between pieces, but nothing that causes it to be unuseable. This shelf has the pole in 2 pieces with a connector. Sometimes when you connect it, the resulting pole has a bow/curve to it.

its nice to have a place where you can just get what you need and they ship it to you and it always works the way it is supposed to, rare these days.

One shelf was hard to place on the posts and hard to secure it. The wheels keep coming loose so that it unbalances the unit. I have to keep tightening the wheels to the posts.

Delivery was excellent and brought right to where we needed to assemble the unit. The start was a bit difficult given our height challenge. After the first 2 shelves were in, it went quickly The unit is as described: sturdy and holds a lot v
