The 72" chrome shelving poles are very strong and easy to assemble. Much more cost effective to purchase poles to make another shelving unit with several left over extra shelves than to purchase an entire unit which was more than we needed.

I thought when we order these legs/posts that they we’re suppose to come with the adjustable feet? There are no adjustable feet in the box. I was starting setting these up but there are no feet. Please send us the adjustable feet asap, so I can finish setting them up. Thank you

Package was missing the levelling feet that were supposed to be included, but customer service was quick to respond and confirm that they would ship out the missing parts. One star off for the inconvenience of having to wait a couple of weeks before assembling our new shelving unit, but truly do appreciate the efforts to correct the error.

Company responds very quickly to email requests and once the order was placed, it was sent out almost immediately. Box contents were well packaged and we received door to door delivery at no additional costs. The shelving system that we purchased is really well made, solid, capable of holding a lot of weight! Would absolutely deal with Vancouver Classics again.
