Service Support was very helpful getting me the replacement I needed. Sending me the link for the replacement enabling me to order it. It shipped out the next day. Took Canada Post a long time to deliver it. But it turns the fan off and on, but the other buttons are a little screwy. For example, pressing the remote to rotate the fan, makes the fan blow harder. Remote and fan do not match for functions. BUT since I can turn it off and on from my bed, I am satisfied. Thanks!!!
