I purchased the replacement sleeves that were on the page of the storage bins I had purchased. When they arrived they were incompatible. When I reached out to customer service they just said I had to get the other size, did not address my confusion as to why the product was on the page of item I bought and told me I'd be responsible for any costs to ship if I returned the 2 sets. Definitely sucks to have to buy these expensive parts that were lost in a move through the company. Will have to look into shipping costs before I purchase anything else. Customer service wasn't what I was expecting but that's probably because I bought the unit through Costco which obviously has a different approach... that I love!!

Had to get sleeves for shelves. Bitnuad to wait a longer time product is not delivered to a post office box. Then had to pay for shipping back to company. And still have to wait for refund. Until the wrong size sleeve are brought back to company. Company should have free postage for wrong sizes just in case or live it more pictures of sizes for sleeves.
