I purchased the replacement sleeves that were on the page of the storage bins I had purchased. When they arrived they were incompatible. When I reached out to customer service they just said I had to get the other size, did not address my confusion as to why the product was on the page of item I bought and told me I'd be responsible for any costs to ship if I returned the 2 sets. Definitely sucks to have to buy these expensive parts that were lost in a move through the company. Will have to look into shipping costs before I purchase anything else. Customer service wasn't what I was expecting but that's probably because I bought the unit through Costco which obviously has a different approach... that I love!!
